Sriram, no changes should be necessary on either Ajax client or server when moving from Silverlight 3 to Silverlight 4, unless you want to levereage the new DuplexMode.MultipleMessagesPerPoll mode in Silverlight 4. The latter would require rather substantial changes of the client implementation which I have not attempted.

Christian Weyer encountered a bug in the sl3duplex.js AJAX library which prevents the client from initiating a new poll request when the previous poll was timed out on the server.
